Atelio by FIS enables developers to access a full suite of financial capabilities and build their own applications through low and no-code experiences. We operate like an incubated startup within FIS, with the full support of the company and a mandate to create a world-class embedded finance platform. What you will be doing
As the Senior Director, HR Business Partner for the Atelio team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the senior leaders within the Atelio group, partnering with them through both company-wide functional initiatives and key Atelio focused people strategies.

• Establish and maintain strong knowledge of your business area (Atelio), in the interest of building effective and proactive working relationships with key business and leadership stakeholders
• Build upon and refine the strong foundations established in relation to organization design, and operating models
• Help the business scale for growth, with a focus on hiring and resource planning
• Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action through a consultative, “influence without authority” approach
• Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development
• Provide expert advice and counsel to leaders on all organization and human resources issues
• Plan and facilitate work sessions to develop business strategies (i.e., vision, mission, value, objectives) that help support organizational focus, efficiency, speed, and business results
• Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention
What you bring
• 8+ years’ experience as a HR Business Partner, acting as a consultant and strategic partner to the business
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to gain credibility with a broad range of senior management stakeholders
• The ability to work across the aisle internally, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset supporting the incubated start-up, and leveraging the broader company infrastructure and support
• An international mindset, having supported a global business and worked within global teams
Added bonus if you have
• Experience navigating both Enterprise organizations and start-up environments would be a plus
• Knowledge of West Coast employment law and regional nuances
• Experience supporting a tech-focused line of business
