\n \n Job Description

This is a full-time position based in our San Ramon office with the possibility of, over time, working from home 2-3 days per week. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

\n\nProvide Human Resources advisor to all levels of management.\nProvide counsel and mentoring daily on employee motivation and performance matters.\nProactively develop programs to enhance retention, performance, diversity, and foster the uniquely caring and positive culture that establishes our competitive position and keeps our company a place where employees want to work. \nBuild strong relationship and work with external HR Consulting/Payroll firm to best serve employees and firm. \nWith administrative support, oversee effective and timely execution of day-to-day HR operational processes including:\n\nRecruiting, hiring, and onboarding.\nGuiding supervisors through employee development and improvement plans.\nHandling employee terminations and exit interviews.\n\nPTO administration. \nBenefits tracking, auditing and administration.\nFMLA compliance, employee leaves, documentation\nAnnual review and merit process. \nHR compliance reporting.\nAnnual review of HR law changes and implementation. \n\n\nPlan and organize company social and philanthropic events.\n\n Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess skills and work experience in the following key areas:

\n\nFive years HR management experience.\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent knowledge from professional experience. \nStrong initiative, quick learner.\nHigh level of professionalism.\nExcellent verbal and written communications.\nStrong organization and multi-tasking abilities.\nExcellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF).\nPositive attitude and enthusiastic personality.\nPunctual and reliable.\nA strong desire to succeed and to contribute in a professional environment.\nStrong ability to work independently, but also as part of a cooperative team.\n\n

Details:
This is a full-time exempt position and salary will depend on experience. Salary range is $100-$110K with an opportunity for an annual bonus of up to 10% of salary based on performance.
