Senior Director, Integration
**Organization:** SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay **Position Overview:** This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight across subject matter functions. Incumbent will work in partnership across the Sutter Health enterprise to ensure department activities meet the strategic priorities by executing on long-term strategies and business plans integrating systems, processes, tools, and capabilities. Requires in-depth industry knowledge and business acumen to differentiate Sutter Health from the competition. Incumbent will identify and fully assess integration risks and opportunities internally and externally, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, etc. Incumbent will develop integration strategies which align to Sutter Health strategy and standards while leading and developing subject area integration project plans. Individual will direct and coordinate internal/external cross-functional teams. This will require the ability to negotiate and influence the opinions of senior leaders inside and outside of Sutter Health. Pay Range is $100.72 to $161.15 / hour. Sacramento Pay Range is $88.63 to $141.82 / hour. _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
