Senior Director, Integrations and Platforms
Camping World is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director, Integrations and Platforms to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of technology integrations and platform development across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless merging of systems, processes, platforms and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical integrations, and cross-functional leadership. **What You'll Do:** • Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals, including integrating with 3rd party dealers’ software • Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data integration platforms • Manage a team of integration specialists, engineers, and developers, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, 3rd party dealers and stakeholders to understand their needs, and translating to technical solutions • Partner with Front end engineering teams, architecture, and security teams, ensuring that integration solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements • Responsible for platform scalability, security, and performance through effective design and governance, and monitoring • Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and changes, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible • Proactively identify risks and issues related to integrations and platform solutions through monitoring • Continuously assess integration processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation • Develop and implement mitigation plans to address integration challenges • Ensure that integrations and platform projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, providing regular updates on progress and challenges **What You'll Need to Have for the Role:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in software development, platform management, and system integrations. • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS products. • Strong understanding of integration technologies (APIs, web services, middleware, etc.). • Experience with data integration tools and methodologies (ETL, data pipelines, etc.). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks **Pay Range:** $158,655.00-$238,035.00 Annual In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
