Essential Job Duties
Education/Experience/Training:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.15 or more years or related experience with 5 or more years of management experience required.Competencies:
Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business. Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong analytical skills. Proven leadership and people skills. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
