You are part of the LATAM OU FP&A Service Delivery team of 20 Company associates, lead a team of 3 associates & drive approximately 40 Genpact Associates that delivers all DMI planning, budgeting and actuals activities to the OU.

Latam is one of the largest Operations globally, with nearly 10B Unit Cases, $ 6.5B NSR and $ 4B OI, and is also a highly complex operating unit, with several unique business models (+50).

The work the team does cover FP&A topics for Direct Marketing Investments, such as Media, Creation, Activation, Key accounts, point of sales investments among others.    You will be involved in the Close (including year-end), RE, Flash and BP activities, as well as budget execution monitoring, reporting, support to budget owners and shake the tree exercise.

The role will be networked with the Operating Unit, the FP&A Process Optimization Team, the other Service Delivery teams, Genpact, the Centre and other areas of Financial Services.

What You’ll Do for Us

You are responsible for supporting the transaction recording, accounting, planning, financial reporting, and scenario modeling of Direct Marketing Investments (DMI), primarily through the management of a third-party service provider (MSP - Genpact).

You are responsible for the analysis of the Top-line. That includes Unit Cases Sales Volume, Concentrate Shipments, Pricing, Incidence and non-Marketing DFR with a focus on the end-to-end process.

Through a team of 3 KO associates.

You are part of the FP&A Service Delivery Team and foster a strong collaboration with the OU & Genpact

You will operate within a framework set by and in collaboration with the Process Optimization Team and will highlight where there is room to do things more efficient and/or effective.

You will maintain the primary business relationship with the OU Teams (Resource allocation, franchises, CCL, marketing and operations, among others) on all DMI related topics.

Qualifications and Requirements

10-15 years of FP&A or OU working experience.

You have experience leading teams. Experience leading virtual teams is a plus.

Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.

Ability to understand and manage risk

Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

Functional Skills

Experience in various domains of FP&A -especially DMI, Pricing, sparkling and still business models. System economics is a plus.
