Senior Director, NI Global Field Marketing

We are looking for a Sr Director of NI Global Field Marketing who will help with organizing and prioritizing regional marketing needs in collaboration with sales leadership and BUs!
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensure close collaboration and enablement/activation of sales in the three regions;   Own the reuse of global marketing with localization;  Operationalize the field marketing function, KPIs, and prioritize best investments across the regions  Rebuild the teams - leaner than before, but able to support the strategy of in person engagements and scaling in a localized way for the regions.  Reengage and develop customer marketing programs including case studies/stories
Marketing partner to the Regional Sales VPs and Business units Maximizes return on investment for regional marketing Drives regional marketing strategy and execution that aligns to the business goals Develops customer and competitive regional insight across different markets Ensure sales activation and coordinated customer engagement leveraging regional marketing Leads sales and marketing business outcomes for the region Leads people development and recruiting for regional marketing teams      For This Role, You Will Need: BS or MBA preferred 15+ years experience in multiple marketing roles
