Manage Project Capital and Expense plan for assigned team.Manage PDS P&L for Americas TeamOversee/Lead project kickoff meetings to align responsibilities and expectations among stakeholdersOversee due diligence and ensure timely delivery of required documentationOversee the procurement and management all project related resources (A&E, GC's. client suppliers, etc.).Oversee Project Manager in development of timeline and subsequent management of risks to timeline.Monitor Bid Tabulations, Purchase Orders, and Change Order proposals.Provide accurate financial forecasting, variance explanations and commitment to annual spend goals.Adherence to capital closeout goals and capital asset depreciation policy.Ensure quality control standards for construction are met (client design standards / guidelines, standards, and specifications).Formulate comprehensive project budgets using historical benchmarks and clearly defined assumptionsGuide clients and project teams through the design and implementation phases, from conceptual to final documentationPrepare and manage RFP processes for vendor and contractor selectionDefine and execute processes for proposal evaluation, vendor selection, and contract awardsTrack and report project performance, ensuring alignment with critical path timelinesMonitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to contracts and client standardsIdentify and escalate potential risks and liabilities to senior leadershipSupport the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate client communications related to relocation and facility turnoverEnsure timely management of accounts receivable in accordance with financial targets

Estimated total compensation for this position:
130,000.00 – 160,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
