Bachelors' degree, required.10+ years of HR Operations experience, management experience highly preferred.UKG experience required, preferably having worked through an implementation.Strong collaboration skills, as well as the ability to champion multiple projects.

The salary range for this position is $175k-$200k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
