The Senior Director, Performance Lead is responsible for overseeing all personnel, strategy, revenue growth, and execution with regard to strategic, demand-side relationships for the Specialized Demand team, concentrating on performance agencies and brands as well as other unique buying entities.
In this role you will:
Build, manage, and understand high-level relationships with strategic buyers across the video ecosystem - both direct IO and programmatic execution types
Carry a strategic book of business where a senior point of contact is a must to drive growth
Act as a catalyst, incubating revenue engagements for growth and handoff to the team
Communicate and collaborate closely with leaders on the strategy and execution of Magnite products and initiatives.
Build responsive new products and solutions, business workflows, and communicate processes/best practices to the broader organization
Assist team in structuring unique, customized, and often complex plans for high-profile buyers
Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the team’s business strategy and growth
Act as a player/coach with a growing team sellers to drive revenue and professional growth across the team
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and managing performance, addressing issues and resolving problems
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of digital ad sales experience with a demonstrated record of success along with 4+ years of management experience
An experienced sales leader who can leverage their existing contacts with performance agencies and brands to build a large book of business and help the team develop a strong pipeline with a proven track record of delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from multiple accounts.
In depth knowledge of linear TV, direct IO buying, programmatic activation and SAAS sales specifically in the streaming space.
Collaborative team player with a high level of integrity, excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
Solutions oriented problem solver with a hands on approach to tackling strategic initiatives
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must.
Computer skills required: Google Slides/MSFT Office suite, Salesforce, Tableau

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $200,000 - $220,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $215,000 - $235,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
