A scientific background (e.g., Master of Science) along with a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field is essential. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of the pharma value chain with approximately 5+ years of pharma development experience. To succeed in this role, you excel in stakeholder management, effectively engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your ability to manage change and navigate dynamic environments, while maintaining clarity and direction, is essential in this role.
