In PPM, we lead our global development programs through a robust matrix organization and your expertise as a Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in our ongoing mission to advance brain health and improve the lives of millions worldwide. **Your new role** You will play a key role in how we evaluate and prioritize opportunities within our portfolio, ensuring our pipeline balances innovation and risk to enable a continuous flow of new medicines. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing the value of our portfolio and optimizing return on investment, ensuring that each project aligns with our strategic goals and delivers significant value to our stakeholders. Collaborating cross functionally with areas like R&D Finance and Business Development, you will support the assessments of the assets in our pipeline, drive strategic decision-making and prioritization of development projects as facilitator of our Early and Late Stage Project Boards. Your expertise will be key in shaping the future of our groundbreaking development programs. A scientific background (e.g., Master of Science) along with a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field is essential. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of the pharma value chain with approximately 5+ years of pharma development experience. To succeed in this role, you excel in stakeholder management, effectively engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your ability to manage change and navigate dynamic environments, while maintaining clarity and direction, is essential in this role.
