You’ll be accountable for value creation budget, project management, supply risk management, policy recommendations, and medium-term planning working with the My Workplace team. We’re looking for an individual that has keen negotiating skills and an ability to drive results that effect the bottom line.  

 

Our vision is loved brands, done sustainably, for a better shared future.  This role combines Global (apples and grape) and Regional (NA-non citrus) Juice Procurement responsibilities to drive cost efficiencies, ensure supply reliability, and maintain the highest standards of quality and sustainability. This is a People Leader role with five direct reports based in North America. 

What You’ll Do for Us  

 Lead Procurement of all Citrus juices in North America

Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability  Category Management for all citrus juice, including but not limited to orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit juices and pulpNetworked with all key North America stakeholders Networked with all strategic Citrus suppliers Networked with Industry leaders 

Lead Sourcing for Apples and Grape globally 

Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability Global category management  Networked with all key suppliers Networked with key Operating Unit stakeholders Networked with all Glass to Grove team members 

Qualifications & Requirements  

Able to develop Procurement priorities aligned to Annual Business Plans and Longe Range Plans of the Nutrition platform Able to recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results Bachelor’s degree and 3 - 5 years of experience of juice experience or no undergraduate degree and 15 years of related work experience  Experience of managing Global agricultural commodities categories with multiple Operating Units as beneficiaries Relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers)

Pay Range:

$162,000 - $188,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
