Senior Director, Service Delivery-East Region
About the role: The Senior Director, Service Delivery, East Region is an important role in our organization, reporting to the General Manager, East Region. The qualified candidate is dedicated to delivering an outstanding, consistent, and predictable level of service to our customers in the East Region. This role will be responsible for evolving the regions Service Delivery group, as a strategic asset for the region and oversees multiple Service Delivery positions plus their people and processes.    This role’s primary focus will be to proactively partner and engage with the organization’s business leaders to build and maintain an effective technical Service Delivery model for our East Region customer base. reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.  + Support and participate in contract negotiations for new or existing Managed Services vendors.  + Budget and plan (including salary planning) to support growth initiatives and the achievement of the region’s Service Delivery group, Field engineering team, sales/revenue, and customer retention goals.  + Determine Service Delivery and Field engineering operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis.  What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:  + 10+ years plus of experience in a Service Delivery organization.  + 8+ years of managerial leadership along with strategic planning experience.  + Strong working knowledge of the latest trends and technologies used to create exceptional customer experiences.  + Strategic planning experience with the ability and vision to transform the Service Delivery group into an environment that delivers consistent and personalized service to all customers and the capability to clearly articulate the vision, both internally and externally.  + A capable leader who is adept at developing good working relationships and effective communications with all internal functions that support Service Delivery, including marketing, sales, technology, operations and all back-office functions, training, and human resources.  + A highly adaptable and strategically agile individual who is dedicated to the concept of continuous improvement, constantly identifying ways to improve the customer experience and the company’s reputation and bottom line.  + Possess the ability to analyze data to identify trends, service issues, process gaps, and to determine root causes and provide recommendations for resolution.  + Technically savvy with a strong understanding of Managed Services technologies and applications.  + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an effective listener.  + Outstanding and proven people-management skills including an understanding of how to attract, develop and retain talented workers and an individual who is dedicated to the success of their employees and developing a highly engaged workforce.  Compensation: + Dataprise is committed to maintaining a positive work environment by ensuring that compensation across the Company is managed in a competitive, consistent, and fair manner.
