We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and elevate our brand through high-impact partnerships. In this critical role, you will identify, nurture, and negotiate strategic alliances that accelerate LogicMonitor’s strategy and unlock new channels for innovation and customer success.

As a key leader, you will spearhead partnership initiatives, forging relationships that create measurable business impact. This role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of business development, technology ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.

Partnership Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic technology partnerships by analyzing market trends, industry shifts, and competitive intelligence to drive growth. Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships by fostering collaboration, ensuring partner success, and orchestrating executive-level engagement to maximize business impact. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead partnership negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring clear terms, compliance, and long-term value creation. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align partnership objectives with company strategy, driving innovation and market expansion. Performance & Impact Measurement: Develop and implement KPIs to assess partnership success, providing data-driven insights and regular updates to executive leadership. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Partnerships, Sales, Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or a related field. Deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven ability to structure and execute high-impact partnerships. Exceptional communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships to business objectives and drive measurable results.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$215,000—$285,000 USD
