Reporting directly to our SVP, Revenue Enablement and Operations, this role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, aligning organizational priorities, and ensuring the seamless execution of transformative projects. The Senior Director of Transformation will be a key player in shaping the future of our organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and steering towards the organization’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven ability to navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and drive operational rigor in a dynamic environment. **The Main Responsibilities** In this role you will be responsible for orchestrating, prioritizing, sequencing, and overseeing AGT’s transformation efforts as part of the broader Lumen Transformation Office (LTO) charter. You will leverage your robust business acumen and operational rigor to optimize resource utilization and drive cost efficiencies within complex organizational environments while employing your strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to navigate various complex environments both within AGT and across Lumen more broadly. You will also lead in the planning, execution, and oversight of AGT’s transformational projects, ensuring successful delivery through meticulous program management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement practices. **Strategic Leadership:** + Lead the strategic prioritization process, ensuring alignment of the AGT organization with company-wide goals. + Develop and implement high-level strategic plans that integrate financial, resource, and business priorities, ensuring feasibility, and alignment. + Collaborate with executive leadership to build consensus on organizational objectives and drive strategic initiatives. **Operational Excellence:** + Establish commercial processes and rigor to drive continuous improvement, enhance seller productivity, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. + Lead AGT in designing and implementing commercial excellence programs and automation to drive cost out of the business and accelerate growth. **Transformational Leadership:** + Drive communication and change management efforts, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged during organizational transformations. + Represent the AGT organization in broader corporate strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership. **What We Look For in a Candidate** **Must-Have Skills & Experience:** + Extensive experience in a strategic role within operations, program management, or business operations for a large, complex organization. + Strong background in business process engineering and designing commercial excellence programs. + Exceptional communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders. + Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams. + Ability to represent a group in corporate-level strategic initiatives, driving alignment and measurable results. + Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring alignment between product development, technology capabilities, and market needs. + Proven track record of partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to develop and operationalize revenue-generating initiatives. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** + Familiarity with financial tools and enterprise software like Salesforce or SAP. + Knowledge of operational frameworks such as OKRs, Agile methodologies, or Lean practices. + Experience in a revenue-focused role within a commercial organization. + Understanding of validated design processes or revenue strategies in commercial or SaaS environments. + Knowledge of business models, sales enablement strategies, or pricing optimization practices. **Ideal Candidate:** + A strategic thinker who can translate high-level goals into actionable plans while navigating complexity. + Thrives in cross-functional environments, effectively balancing competing priorities and driving alignment. + Has a data-driven mindset, ensuring decisions and recommendations are grounded in clear metrics and analysis. + Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams toward shared objectives. + Operates with a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
