In this role, the Senior Director will be accountable for the Trauma, CMF, Foot Ankle, Sports Power Tools marketing strategies developed by marketing and executing them in the US market. In addition, this role will be a key driver of commercial strategy at the national level with the AVP, local sales leaders, and marketing. Responsibilities for this role will include asset ROI activities processes. The goal for each region will be to drive to a working regional PL view to ensure data driven decisions are transparent to all stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

Business Planning Reporting

Drive US Business Planning efforts throughout the year to include segmentation, targeting, account planning and forecastingEnsure coordination of required corporate assets using the One Funnel structureScorecard reviews for each region to be provided to all using the One Funnel structureProactively drive data-driven account target identification with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and supporting internal functions using available analytics toolsResponsible for contract compliance communications process in US

Data-Driven Decision-Making

Support one funnel process and required analytics leveraging digital tools and providing feedback on accountability loop to all participantsShape development of new capabilities in CRM, analytics, and other digital toolsAsset Deployment OptimizationResponsible for US Insights/Trends using a consistent methodology for national health of business updatesTrack national progress against pipeline, identify and break down roadblocks with internal stakeholders, and collaborate with sales management to understand and address reasons for varianceCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CommOps, Prof Ed, Demand Planning, SCG, and others to drive execution of US strategy. To include price/contract compliance activities.Lead asset allocation to align resources with the greatest customer opportunities, including NPI roll-out processes, to include national inventory strategy target setting programs with sales leadershipResponsible for execution of in geography Tier 2/3 meetings, to include insuring that the JNJ MedTech Team is showing up in a cohesive constructive manner

Create programs and processes to ensure that the JNJ MedTech organization is showing up in a coordinated impactful way to the Trauma, CMF, Foot Ankle, Sports Power Tools market in the US
