What You’ll Do:
Lead the development of global security strategy: Accountable to the Global Head of Security Strategy and in partnership with key function and business leaders across GSO and ADP globally, responsible for leading the efforts to develop and articulate the global security strategy for ADP Ability to lead and motivate the teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals, even when only "dotted line" reporting lines exist Articulate key capabilities and maturity/risk reduction goals: Based on industry standards and best practices, provide thought leadership to articulate key capabilities for the overall security program and to define the maturity/risk reduction goals for the program Drive development of multi-year roadmaps: In partnership with Business Operations and Program Management teams with support from GSO senior leaders, leverage the global security strategy and key capabilities to develop a prioritized multi-year roadmap and investment plan for security and related functions to reach desired maturity and target states Bring together expertise and disciplined execution skills: Collaborate across business units, geographies, and functions to lead strategic initiatives that meaningfully improve maturity across multiple capabilities and help us reach the maturity and risk reduction goals Track record of successfully leading highly visible multidisciplinary teams on large or global scale on enterprise-wide initiatives; provides thought leadership Develop meaningful metrics and indicators to measure success in executing our strategy: Working with the function owners and risk teams, develop meaningful metrics, indicators (e.g., KPI, KRI) to articulate risk reduction and maturity improvement goals that can be measured and reported to leadership to enable effective decision making and prioritization of investments Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and cultivate relationships and act as a core link between Senior Leadership, Security, Privacy, IT, Risk, Legal, Business, Sales and Marketing and other stakeholder groups. You maintain an outside-in perspective by building networks inside and outside of ADP Proactively identify and solve the most complex problems and participate in the development of the product or business strategy as needed Seek Innovation: You continuously look for opportunities to apply innovative design thinking and process improvement opportunities in line with our strategy and industry trends

To Succeed in this role, you will need:
BA/BS or equivalent education in technology, cybersecurity, computer science or related fields; MBA or master's degree desirable 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide security or technology strategy development on a global scale and driving maturity improvement Ability to tie key business priorities to security program goals and develop detailed roadmap that articulates target states with metrics and indicators to measure success Drive governance and disciplined execution of key programs that improve maturity, collaborating across functions and organizations 12+ years of experience in technology and cybersecurity 7+ years expertise in security strategy development and execution Experience working in a strategy or internal consulting roles strongly preferred Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, personal integrity, and values Presentation skills: ability to grasp, translate and present technical concepts and make them easy to understand for technical and non-technical audiences in both verbal and written forms Knowledge of the IT Security industry and the principles of security governance, risk, controls, and frameworks such as NIST Strong passion for Cybersecurity trends and principles Project management and organizational skills Strong relationship-building skills: You can easily develop and grow relationships, and communicate with senior stakeholders in a respectful and thoughtful mannerSkills that will set you apart:
Strategic leader and builder: Of both vision and bridges, and able to energize the appropriate teams in the organization Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, with the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment to meet organizational objectives Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and communicate clearly and in a timely manner Leadership: You can effectively handle multiple tasks and manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis Flexibility and Agility: You can adapt to changing requirements, projects, and resources to meet business needs. Collaboration: You are a strong team-player and comfortable working within a team across multiple time zones

CISSP, CISA, CIPP/IT, CRISC, CISM or any other security certifications Human Capital Management industry knowledge Background in Financial Services, HR / Payroll, Business Process Outsourcing, or related fields.
