Reporting to the VP, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, the Senior Director of Audit Services will lead Kaleida Health's internal audit and coding and billing audit functions, perform regulatory compliance audits and work cross functionally with all areas/departments of Kaleida Health and Kaleida Health affiliates, such as General Physicians, P.C. and Olean General Hospital.

The Senior Director of Audit Services will manage and control Kaleida Health's internal audit and coding and billing audit processes, including internal controls, making the necessary changes to upgrade or improve process, policies, or procedures. The Senior Director of Audit Services will provide leadership in identifying and assessing areas of significant business risks and proposing mitigating strategies, coordinating audit and internal controls testing and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and Kaleida Health values, policies, and strategy.
