Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Opportunity Management:
Establish and execute growth strategies for target accounts.Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers and manage client opportunity champions.Demonstrate consultative sales capabilities to assess customer needs and align needs with existing or bespoke IQVIA solutions.Build a robust sales pipeline and actively engage prospective clients.Serve as the primary point of collaboration for field and medical solutions for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Consultative Sales Approach:
Develop Point of View (POV) around client situation.Select and configure appropriate selling use cases.Coordinate fact-based / analytics-based approach to the client business challenge.Establish a client-specific value wedge proposition and why change engagement message.Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and corporate goals.Analyze market intelligence (e.g., regulatory events, competitor activity, IQVIA data and insights) to adjust strategies.Lead sourcing, pursuit plan generation, mutual close plan generation, sales journey management.Lead proposal development, including RFP responses and client presentations.Develop and monitor sales plans using CRM tools for forecasting and reporting.Leadership & Collaboration:
Foster internal collaboration across departments.Participate in change management initiatives to improve sales performance.Work closely with other IQVIA GTM teams to drive integrated solutions.Qualifications/Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA Preferred.Experience: 10+ years combined experience in business development, consulting, and Biopharma commercial roles.Proven ability to build high-level client relationships and achieve multi-million-dollar sales objectives.Strong understanding of Commercialization, Omnichannel strategies, and proposal management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, quantitative, and creative strategic thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.Extensive Commercial Pharma Network (+)Sales force of the future/Agility (+)Digital/Promotional Technology (+)Key Competencies:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $156,600.00 - $290,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
