Overview Reporting into the Chief Performance Officer for the Global Human Resources & Compensation Consulting (HRCC) Practice of Gallagher Benefit Services, the Sr. Director Business Solutions will liaison with business, financial and technology leaders to define strategies as well as the tactics necessary to achieve the financial and operational goals of the Practice. The role will be instrumental in insuring: accurate Practice revenue recognition, continued evolution of the MS Dynamics 365 platform to adequately support the business processes, both system and operational controls are documented and functioning as expected, and that business metrics are accurate, meeting GAAP compliance requirements (all within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment) and aligning with Practice strategy. How you'll make an impact Practice revenue recognition HRCC operating model support and analysis Mergers & Acquisitions systems integration Evolution of the current Microsoft Dynamics platform Requirements definition and implementation support for the boarder GBS Microsoft Dynamics deployment Evaluation and expansion of the Microsoft Dynamics control documentation Testing of Microsoft Dynamics functionality Test case development Systems problem solving Interaction with Sr. Business Analysts in order to provide guidance to Developers Integrating Artificial Intelligence Special projects as directed About You CPA (strongly encouraged) or Accounting degree Public Accounting experience, or demonstrated strong financial accounting technical skills GAAP knowledge and experience in application Strong project management and problem-solving skills Ability to learn functionality of Microsoft Dynamics and interface with super users Knowledge of MS Great Plains is a plus Experience at translating accounting process into system requirements Ability to interface and direct Microsoft and Power BI developers Competency at managing and reviewing end to end test cases Ability to drive reporting requirements and provide guidance on data sources needed Skill to identify critical control processes Compensation and benefits We value inclusion and diversity Click Here to review our U.S. Eligibility Requirements Inclusion and diversity (I&D) is a core part of our business, and it’s embedded into the fabric of our organization.
