The Evernorth CareNav Senior Director will lead teams that deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions to our patients, members and customers. Technical Expertise + Full stack experience with developing mission critical applications (contact center & digital) + Familiarity with Cloud, Tech Stacks, Infra, Microservices, DevOps, Performance, Architecture + Familiar with resiliency and performance best practices and experience with tools building out monitoring, observability, etc + Familiarity with automation frameworks 2. Soft Skills + Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills (accountable w/out responsible) + Strong problem solving skills + Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing the organization forward + Fluent knowledge of software engineering principles & philosophies (SOLID, DDD, TDD, etc) + Strong Emotional Intelligence + Demonstrated experience building cloud-based web applications + Demonstrated record of leading a team of software engineers and building high-performing teams. + Demonstrated record of setting strategy and vision for a team of software engineers. + Ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems; solutions are innovative, thorough, practical and consistent with organizational objectives. + Ability to travel up to 20% domestically to other corporate sites and team locations.
