Senior Director Centralized Services Operations
**Job Description:** **Job Summary** Responsible for the strategic development and operations of Centralized Services (e.g., call center or fulfillment center) facilities to support Walgreens' growth, operating model, and contracted service levels. Oversees workforce administration, process improvements, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient operations. Enhances customer and patient experiences, and drive retail sales. Key responsibilities include managing centralized pharmacy and retail services, contact center operations, and centralized fulfillment processes such as inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Provides leadership across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent practices and collaboration to deliver high service levels and patient safety. **Job Responsibilities** + Responsible for the strategic development, operation, and leadership of multiple Centralized Services (e.g., call center or fulfillment center). Oversees workforce administration, budget management, process improvements, and compliance with regulations.
