Senior Director Centralized Services Operations
Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic development and operations of Centralized Services (e.g., call center or fulfillment center) facilities to support Walgreens' growth, operating model, and contracted service levels. Oversees workforce administration, process improvements, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient operations. Enhances customer and patient experiences, and drive retail sales. Key responsibilities include managing centralized pharmacy and retail services, contact center operations, and centralized fulfillment processes such as inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Provides leadership across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent practices and collaboration to deliver high service levels and patient safety.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the strategic development, operation, and leadership of multiple Centralized Services (e.g., call center or fulfillment center). Oversees workforce administration, budget management, process improvements, and compliance with regulations. Ensures alignment with company strategies and objectives, driving operational efficiencies, service level excellence, and growth opportunities.Develops and implements operating plans, production standards, and service level agreements to achieve short and long-term goals.Manages budgets and ensures efficient resource allocation across multiple locations.Supports client services through policy execution, issue resolution, and data-driven insights.Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance quality metrics.Leads multiple site leaders to ensure consistent policy execution, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.Oversees staffing, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of strategic objectives andbusiness models.Provides operational oversight and guidance to address complex issues, ensure compliance, and achieve enterprise goals.Promotes consistent standards, mentorship, and collaboration across teams to drive efficient and compliant execution of company initiatives.
