The Senior Director, Executive Talent Acquisition is responsible for creating, building and leading Lowe's Executive Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for hiring all executive talent, which includes all VP and above roles, select Senior Director positions, and other hard-to-hire business critical positions. This leader plays a key role in the recruitment of talent needed to meet business goals and growth targets. This individual will be a member of Lowe's senior Talent Acquisition leadership team and will have accountability for building and maintaining strong relationships with executives across the company. This role will create a blended executive recruiting and sourcing model leveraging internal sourcing capabilities as well as external search partners.
What you will do
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business or a similar discipline and 11-15 Years Broad experience in human resources and executive recruiting, preferably with combination of corporate and executive search agency experience. Track record of working at/with the highest companies for a multi-billion dollar, global, complex, and matrix environment.8-10 Years Experience maintaining strategic relationships with external search partners and related vendors, ensuring that there is an effective partnership resulting in the acquisition of exceptional executive talent. Experience negotiating all firms’ agreements and ensuring that there is an overall vendor strategy and positive ROI.5-7 Years Experience establishing comprehensive metrics to track executive recruiting effectiveness and overall talent acquisition strategy alignment to the business.3-5 Years Proven experience hiring, leading and motivating a diverse team of leaders who will translate strategy into action. Also, experience serving as a leader, mentor, and coach to the team.
