We are seeking an experienced Senior Director (f/m/d) – Sync Services & Partnerships to join our Hilversum office as part of our new Global Sync Services Team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving strategic business initiatives, fostering a collaborative team culture, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service to support BMG’s global and regional clients.
What you’ll be doing
Leadership and Team Management
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media clients, ensuring regular communication and support Manage key accounts and ensure the team prioritizes both regional and global key clients, delivering consistent and excellent service
Business Development and Strategy
Work with B2B leadership to develop and implement business strategies that prioritize high-value goals Lead and support the team in pitching BMG’s B2B services and responding to client briefs Actively forward-pitch new leads and seek out new business opportunities
Creative and Event Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event ideas, updated assets, and outreach strategies Identify and support new deal opportunities and encourage attendance at industry and networking events
Operational and Budget Management
Organize and oversee the team’s marketing budget and spending while ensuring adherence to operational best practices and contributing to budget and expense reporting Maintain and develop the CRM database to ensure efficient client list management
What you bring
Proven experience in the Sync and/or Production Music industry Strong understanding of the media landscape and client needs Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and foster client loyalty Enthusiastic, creative, and organized, with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of industry trends and emerging opportunities in Sync, Production Music, and Bespoke services Strong presentation and negotiation skills
