About the Program and Position: Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) department is focused on and dedicated to Cayuga Centers being an agency that represents an expanse of identities, is equity-centered, welcoming, and inclusive, and where everyone is valued, engaged, respected, and proud to work. The Senior Director, DEIB plays a key role in advancing the vision for and commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility, and justice as well as conceptualizing, planning, shaping, and implementing DEIB initiatives agency-wide. The position will be based in New York City with required travel to other agency locations.
