Senior Director Integrated Marketing

The Senior Director of Integrated Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies across all channels to elevate the brand, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. This role will oversee the creation and execution of cross-functional marketing campaigns that blend digital, traditional, experiential, and content-driven tactics to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging. The Senior Director will work closely with key stakeholders including brand, product, sales, creative, and data teams to ensure alignment and drive measurable results. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: 

Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies and narratives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs. 

Guide the marketing team in the creation and execution of cohesive campaigns that effectively combine digital, social media, content marketing, public relations, events, and other marketing channels. 

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing priorities and goals. 

Campaign Development & Execution: 

Oversee end-to-end campaign planning for Brand & Marcomm initiatives, from ideation through execution, ensuring that all activities are integrated and reinforce the brand’s message. 

Lead the creative and content strategy for Brand and Marketing-wide initiatives, ensuring that all marketing materials are consistent with brand standards and effectively communicate key messaging. 

Manage the integration of digital and offline marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. 

Manage integrated marketing calendar to monitor marketing activities and ensure a healthy cadence of communication to consumers.  

Oversee the integration and activation of Brand Partnerships into marketing initiatives, working closely with leads to define partnership strategies and amplification opportunities.  

Team Leadership & Development: 

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketers and creative professionals to deliver high-performance campaigns. 

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team. 

Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews to ensure high levels of team productivity and professional development. 

Performance Measurement & Optimization: 

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

Use data and analytics to continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics. 

Report on campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing impact to senior leadership. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

Serve as the central point of contact for integrated marketing initiatives across departments, including sales, product, customer success, and more. 

Work closely with the creative, design, communications, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints. 

Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. 

Budget & Resource Management: 

Manage the integrated marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign impact. 

Optimize the use of available resources, balancing internal capabilities with external partnerships to achieve objectives. 

Industry Trends & Innovation: 

Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices, providing regular cascades of key findings to leadership team 

Introduce innovative marketing techniques and tools to keep the company ahead of the competition and enhance campaign effectiveness. 

 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 

Proven success in creating and leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, traditional, events, etc.). 

Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale, complex marketing initiatives. 

Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, with a focus on performance metrics, analytics, and ROI. 

Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing strategies. 

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $183,650 - $275,450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
