This position will be responsible for internal communications and programs, and owning the evolution of the internal brand communication to affect and enhance AccentCare’s culture. Reporting to and working closely with the VP, Marketing and Communications, this position will support business growth and development by building and managing all public relations, crisis communications, and industry relations, as well as AccentCare’s digital footprint including web, social media, and reputation management to position AccentCare as an employer, partner, and provider of choice. This position will be responsible for managing outside resources, as well as building and overseeing a communications team as needed to support the company’s growth. Direct corporate internal communications, overseeing use cases for internal communications outlets. Act as a strategic business partner to corporate stakeholders and lines of business for all employee & cultural communications. Manage AccentCare’s digital footprint related to web, social, reputation management and all other digital outlets. Develop and implement public relations strategies that align with Marketing strategy to position AccentCare as an industry leader. Implement crisis communications plan. Build, manage, and mentor communications team, by developing processes and procedures for improved efficiencies, and implement communications reporting dashboards to track and report KPIs In concert with the overall mar/comm strategy, collaborate in building a sustainable creative process that enables brand consistency throughout all instances and mediums. Be the Best Senior Director Internal Communications You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, creative writing, or related field Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing & communications. Demonstrated success in internal communications preferred. Demonstrated success in digital communications required Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior and executive leaders, serving as a trusted business partner who manages expectations and delivers first-class communications support for key business initiatives Able to identify high performers and manage a team and processes that play to the strengths of individuals on a team and improves overall efficiencies to increase service to the organization Must have an agile/flexible mindset, with the ability to consume all relevant information, from various stakeholders, and make sound judgement calls, sometimes on the fly, while staying calm under pressure Proven record of successfully developing and pitching industry and mainstream media, landing favorable coverage… has built and/or maintains relationship with key media contacts. Proven record of tracking, measuring, and reporting KPIs related to team and program performance Experience with and general understanding of: web content management systems (WordPress), social media management tools, reputation management platforms, news wire and monitoring services, Google or Adobe analytics, as well as other digital communications tools/platforms Strong writer and editor, able to take complex information and deliver concise, easy-to-understand messaging tailored to specific audiences Creative thinker, experienced in representing ideas through the creative process, working with both creative directors/designers and videographers (in-house or agency) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Come As You Are At AccentCare, our care is most compassionate when we empathize and engage with everyone, and we are at our best when we value diverse perspectives, foster open dialogue, and enact change.
