What You’ll Do
As the Senior Director IT Operations & Service Management you will oversee and enhance all IT operations, ensure seamless IT service management, and streamline operational efficiency.
Accountable for end-to-end management of global IT services, whether delivered internally or sourced externally including technical & infrastructure managements (SaaS, Integration, SAP Basis, Pathing) and managing Service Delivery teams (Service Desk, Field Engineering) Provide a Service Integration and Management framework Tracking, managing, and optimizing the IT resources and infrastructure across physical locations End to end Platform and Applications Lifecycle Management. Managing the full life cycle of assets from acquisition, operations - (SAP, PC, 3rd party apps, Microsoft, etc) including operational change management (i.e. general upgrades, maintenance activities) including: Data Network Management (all routing, firewall, logical networking components) Accountable for managing the 'non-strategic' vendors and their governance Defining and meeting the requirements of SLAsWhat We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field 10+ years of experience in IT operations, service management or a related field, with substantial experience in leadership roles Proven ability managing IT services and operations across a global organization Deep understanding of ITIL framework, network operations, cloud computing, cybersecurity, system administration, disaster recovery, and data center management Knowledge of emerging technologies affecting IT operations is also crucial Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
