Job Summary

Senior Director, Market Business is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in ana assigned area. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and telecommunications, who can inspire teams and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Establish sales processes and best practices to optimize performance and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings. Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor and report on financial performance, adjusting strategies to meet financial goals. Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing. Participate in executive leadership meetings to provide insights and recommendations. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the telecommunications industry Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in data analysis and market research techniques Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00 - $230,265.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
