As the Senior Director, EMEA Cluster, you will lead Integra’s business operations across the region, driving sales and business growth aligned with the organization’s international strategy. This leadership role focuses on building and mentoring high-performing teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and fostering sustainable growth. The successful candidate will champion commercial strategies while nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.

Your ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership: Drive the cluster's commercial success by achieving sales targets and delivering business growth aligned with Integra’s International Strategy.Strategic Planning: Formulate policies, plans, and procedures to ensure maximum profitable sales volumes within the region.Portfolio Management: Oversee performance of CSS and TT product ranges, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.Team Development: Coach, motivate, and guide team members at all levels within the cluster. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Market Insights: Provide feedback on product performance, competitive activity, clinical trends, and new opportunities, using data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.Growth Strategy: Expand Integra’s regional footprint by identifying opportunities to increase market share and enhance customer engagement.Compliance & Ethics: Uphold and communicate adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical codes across the team.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of leading commercial transformations in EMEA markets.Up to 15 years’ experience in P&L leadership roles, including managing direct and indirect sales teams.Expertise in MedTech industries across multiple EMEA countries, particularly the Middle East & Africa.Multinational leadership experience with fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills:

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.Multilingual capabilities beyond English and Arabic are a plus.
