Job Description:
The Senior Director of Administrative Services is a key strategic leadership position, providing support for Epiq’s Global Resource Support Services (GRSS) division. This role involves establishing and executing the company's goals and strategic initiatives. It requires experience leading teams of administrative support to include document processing, admin, billing, marketing, and creative services; and a leader adept with client management who has extensive experience in analysis, trending, innovation and building and conducting strategic business reviews for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic leadership and growth of the GRSS business.
Work in collaboration to develop, scale, and implement document processing, administrative and billing solutions to current and prospective clients.
Responsible for overall P&L performance of the business
Provide strategic operations leadership and direction to ensure client deliverables are delivered within SLA guidelines.
Preparation, presentation, and delivery of strategic business reviews to current clients.
Develop and implement account strategies in accordance with overall business objectives and growth areas.
Travel as needed for client or operational needs.
The GRSS HQ is located in Phoenix. Open to candidates who may not live in Phoenix area but are available to travel to Phoenix as needed.
Required Qualifications & Characteristics
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5-10 years of outsourced operations experience with a focus on document processing, administrative and billing solutions
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in successful client management.
Strong understanding of the outsourced operations landscape and drivers of business growth
Exceptional project management, follow up, planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
