Senior Director of Associate Experience

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Create a strategic approach to ensure people and culture are at the start of business discussions and aligns to the annual business plans across all divisions. A strategic partner with a focus on promoting a culture of engagement across the organization to design, measure, and evaluate proactive workplace policies, necessary for growth and sustainability that focus on the attraction, experience, celebration, and retention of associates. You will report to the Executive Director of Learning and Organizational Development.

 

Primary Tasks:

Lead and facilitate the CNO Associate Experience, Associate Relations and Unemployment departments and their related functions.You will collaborate with tribal leadership to assess organizational engagement efforts to establish the best practices and identify programs to increase staff retention and advancement.Develop marketing and engagement activities to enhance employee brand both internally and externally so the organization is seen as an employer of choice.Assess, evaluate, and action the Voice of Associate (VOA) survey results to increase employee morale and satisfaction.You will develop internal networks and relationships to become trusted advisors to our organization on all people matters.Collaborate with our internal stakeholders so that organizational policies are are correctly carried out.You will provide clear counsel to management on people-related issues including performance management, employee relations and organizational design.Perform other duties as may be assigned.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Administration or other related field or 4 years related experience.Knowledge of people development, recruitment, and employee relationsKnowledge of current advances in people and culture changeCreate strategic plans and drive implementationExperience delivering people strategies and implementing action plansA blend of experience in HR administration, talent acquisition, and talent developmentSeven (7) years directly related experience driving employee relation activities in a strategic role
