The Sr. Director Brand & Creative Role
The Senior Director of Brand & Creative will lead the creative direction, strategy, and execution of brand initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring impactful and consistent brand experiences. This leadership role requires a balance of creative vision, strategic oversight, and exceptional project management skills to drive brand innovation, cohesion, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in creative strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and high-performing project delivery. The Senior Director of Brand & Creative will be responsible for setting the creative tone and managing the delivery of compelling brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Working with our Agency of Record (AOR), lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-impact campaigns.Drive the creative process from ideation to implementation, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring clear communication of strategic direction and project expectations to internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior leadership, product marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution of brand initiatives.Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external agencies, managing relationships and ensuring creative expectations are met.Present creative concepts, campaigns, and brand strategies to senior stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and driving decision-making processes.Brand Performance & Measurement
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track brand performance, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and creative outputs.Provide actionable insights based on data and analytics to continuously improve brand strategy and campaign results.Lead the optimization of brand performance, using learnings from past campaigns to refine creative approaches and messaging.Innovation & Industry Trends
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes, bringing new and innovative ideas to the brand’s creative strategy.Leverage emerging technologies, digital tools, and AI advancements to push the boundaries of brand experience and elevate creative execution.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.10+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, and project management, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and impactful brand campaigns.Demonstrated leadership skills: Proven track record of managing and mentoring creative teams, while maintaining high standards for creativity, innovation, and execution.Strong creative portfolio of work, showcasing a blend of strategic thinking and creative execution across various platforms (digital, print, experiential).Exceptional communication skills: Ability to present and articulate complex creative concepts and brand strategies to both creative teams and executive stakeholders.Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure and assess brand performance, drawing actionable insights to inform creative and strategic decisions.Expertise in brand measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, brand tracking surveys, social listening tools) and understanding of SEO and digital discoverability.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $193,710.00 USD MIN – 242,140.00 MAX per year. This position is eligible for a bonus of 25% under the Company’s corporate bonus plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
