care clinical redesign and outcomes as well as value based purchasing clinical innovations and to some degree payer contractsKey AccountabilitiesDirects clinical operations activities and quality service delivery based on customer responsiveness both internally and externallyAnticipates resource needs sets priorities and allocates human and financial resources based on analysis of critical performance indicators and external forces Measures analyzes and reports results using qualitative and quantitative benchmarks Develops implements and executes business plans and achieve strategic and operational objectives Fosters alignment with mission vision and valuesResponsible for achieving operational performance metrics in the areas of quality finance patientcustomer experienceMonitors
