leadership and clinical oversight for patient care and experience quality infection prevention regulatory standards and policy clinical education and financial performance for HHC Senior Services with consists of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilitiesSt Vincentrsquos Special Needs the Center for Healthy Aging and Independence at Home The Senior Director will provide oversight of clinical care clinical redesign and outcomes as well as value based purchasing clinical innovations and to some degree payer contractsKey AccountabilitiesDirects clinical operations activities and quality service delivery based on customer responsiveness both internally and externallyAnticipates resource needs sets priorities and allocates human and financial resources based on analysis of critical performance indicators and external forces Measures analyzes and reports results using qualitative and quantitative benchmarks Develops implements and executes business plans and achieve strategic and operational objectives Fosters alignment with mission vision and valuesResponsible for achieving operational performance metrics in the areas of quality finance patientcustomer experienceMonitors quality and appropriateness of services products andor function under the Senior Directorrsquos area of responsibilityCreates and fosters an innovative learning and participative environment for staffBuilds alliances with other area providers to maintain the quality of the base business and ensure a continuum of careRepresents the organization to other groups agencies funders key stakeholders performanceExperience with regulatory standards and policy clinical education and infection protectionHighly effective analytical organizational and problem solving skillStrong communications skills required both written and verbalVisible leader with excellent interpersonal communication skills who relates well with all levels of the organizatioA creative forward thinking leader with the proven
