The AI and Conversational Platform team is responsible for the GenAI platform that delivers Now Assist in Search, Now Assist in Virtual Agent, and agent-facing conversational experiences to enable employees to find the right information quickly, get answers to their questions from information across their enterprise while making the experience highly personalized and contextual to who they are. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a team of product managers across three strategic focus areas:


1.    AI Search: Enhancing user experiences with cutting-edge search technologies that leverage AI for precision and relevance.
2.    Third-Party Content Integration: Expanding capabilities by pulling in external content from third-party systems used within an enterprise.
3.    Knowledge Graph Innovation: Building and scaling knowledge graphs to structure and interconnect data, which help personalize and improve the overall experience.
You will exemplify leadership by addressing challenging technical issues and intricate business problems, fostering rapid innovation and delivering market-leading solutions. This will be achieved within a dynamic, startup-like environment, collaborating with experienced industry leaders and a highly collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the three focus areas, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
•    Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10 product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
•    Collaboration with cross functional teams: Partner closely with the design, user research, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on AI initiatives, driving cutting-edge solutions that differentiate our products in the market.
•    Customer-Centric Innovation: Champion customer needs and market trends, ensuring products deliver exceptional value and user experiences.
•    Execution and Delivery: Oversee the successful development, launch, and scaling of products, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison with senior leadership, clients, and partners to communicate vision, progress, and results.
•    Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•    10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
•    Proven expertise in one or more of the focus areas: search technologies (traditional and AI-driven), third-party content integration, and/or knowledge graphs.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
•    Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts, with experience collaborating with ML engineering teams.
•    Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams.
•    Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and a strong ability to execute on strategic goals.
•    Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Data-driven decision-maker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business); advanced degree preferred.
•    Experience with ServiceNow Platform

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $250,200 - $437,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
