The Senior IT Director partners with executive leadership to shape the organization's technological future and directly manages a team of IT professionals. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred. + 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with preference given to experience in a retail or consumer goods environment. + Proven success in aligning IT strategy with business objectives and delivering measurable results. + Deep technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure along with expertise in enterprise data management. + Competence in technical project management and IT governance frameworks. + Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. + Proficiency in managing complex budgets and evaluating IT investments. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. + A strategic thinker who is proactive and effective at planning ahead. **Key Responsibilities** Strategic Leadership + Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and long-term goals. + Provide leadership for IT innovation, ensuring emerging technologies are evaluated and implemented appropriately. + Collaborate with executive leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.
