Health Heart and Vascular Orthopedics and Tallwood Urology KidneyPosition SummaryThe Senior Director will develop Hartford HealthCarersquos marketing strategies to achieve the organizationrsquos strategic goals by leading system digital and institute marketing colleagues to develop and deploy effective omnichannel marketing strategies systemwide and in specific service areas institutes and locations The Senior Director will work closely with all colleagues in Marketing and Communications as well as Strategy Transformation colleagues and other system leaders to deliver insights and develop integrated marketing campaigns and projects In addition to ensuring consistency in brand representation adherence to brand standards and any refinement thereof and use of effective brand management strategiesKey AccountabilitiesOversees the development of comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaigns and initiatives and brand strategies to support in alignment with system goals operational needs and new initiativesLeads digital marketing strategy and collaborates with colleagues on the Content Integrations team to evaluate and recommend digital technology create effective audience segmentation messaging and targeting strategiesWorks closely with Digital Strategy and Information Technology teams to use and implement marketing technology including Customer Relationship Management CRM systems databases and marketing automationCollaborates with leaders and colleagues in the Strategy and Transformation division to ensure marketing efforts are data driven consumer focused coordinated and measurableLeads market research efforts and shares data with system leaders to understand market dynamics and drive strategic and differentiated marketing decisionsSupports and mentors marketing and marketing communications colleagues to optimize individual performance and provides opportunities and guidance for growth and professional developmentProvides regular reports to the Vice President Marketing and Communications and the Executive Vice President Chief Strategy Officer regarding marketing strategy and plans project status and campaign resultsWork where every matrixed organization with a complex integrated service delivery system in a competitive market preferably multi institutional and multi marketDemonstrated strength in communicating to multiple audiences internal including physicians and providers external including customers and potential customers and experience in dealing with media of all types on breaking stories that may involve complex topicsDemonstrated experience in working with senior leaders including system executives regional presidents vice presidents and physicians as well as senior professionals in communicationsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to persuade others through communication and forging partnershipsAbility to obtain interpret and communicate data related to marketing and communicationsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all constituents across a complex organization by functioning as a collaborative consensus builder mentor and
