Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Senior Director of Regional Marketing, Ultrasound. This role will report to the Head of Ultrasound, Cardiovascular. This is a key leadership position on the franchise management team with strong ties into Sales, Strategy and Product Development. This is an individual contributor, Senior Director position.

As a Senior Director of Regional Marketing, Ultrasound, you will be responsible for:

Develop foundational global marketing strategies and tactics to drive a consistent portfolio position for Ultrasound, that anticipates market trends and competitive activities, aligns with changing customer needs, increases revenue, and ultimately impacts our ability to improve patient outcomes.Develop unique commercialization strategies that shift the business focus from features and benefits to patients and procedures. Create flexible content and tactics that can be deployed in diverse regional markets effectively while building a consistent global image and brand.Effectively partner with the sales organization and enable the successful rollout and growth of this groundbreaking technology.Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive growth in the market segments we serve.Responsible for analyzing and understanding the global cardiology healthcare market and identifying marketing strategies and opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability. Anticipate the changing market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to formulate a plan for growth.Produce content and coordinates aligned content related to tradeshows, print and digital advertising, product pricing, sales promotions, product support, product launches, ROI value propositions, key opinion leaders’ development, evidentiary endorsements, and white papers.Drive Marketing Communications to create marketing campaigns that include market data, voice of the customer input, and country sales and marketing input. Collaborate on maintaining and advancing Ultrasound’s digital exposure, position, and presence.Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.Closely monitoring competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.15+ years of progressive marketing experience in Cardiology / MedTech / Pharmaceutical / Biotech preferred.Proven leadership oversight of all marketing activities.Previous global marketing experience required.Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing tools, and related software.Ability to negotiate and compromise, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.Ability to effective leverage and drive shared resources.Strong knowledge of life cycle management and product growth strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including global partners.The ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

The pay range for this position is $172,200 - $258,300 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay range for this position is

Min $192,800 - Max $289,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
