OverviewThe Senior Director Revenue will oversee the financial and analytical functions related to revenue cycle. This individual will need to manage and coordinate all workflow processes and policies related to monthly invoicing posting, pricing entry, monthly reporting, policies and procedures, guide staff and report results to Senior Management. This position also serves as an audit liaison for both internal and external audits
Our Pharmacy group focuses on providing exceptional customer service and meeting the pharmacy needs for hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, and other specialized care centers nationwide.
An ideal candidate would have strong leadership skills with experience in medical revenue cycle management across multiple sites and process improvement.
This position is a remote opportunity with 10% travel.

ResponsibilitiesBilling:
Manages the processing of Month end close to include oversight for the processing invoicingManages the process of credit disputed submitted by customersCoordinates with accounting on the processing of variancesAudit
Liaison for all audit requests, Internal and External, for Revenue CycleResponsible for submitting documentation outlining results of auditsCoordinates process between third-party auditors and companyCoordinates with accounting on reserves needed based on the audit resultsAccount Reconciliations:
Oversight and management of applicable account reconciliationsResponsible for escalating any issues to Senior ManagementPlan Administration:
Manages process of entering pricing into all pharmacy dispensing systemsManages the QA process on pricingManages the ANF process of the revenue cycleManages the relationship with third party pricing softwarePolicies and Procedures:
Reviews and maintains updates for all relevant policies and proceduresAnalyzes and writes any new policies as neededCommunicates all policy changes to effected partiesOversees calculation and distribution of month end Key Performance Indicators for Revenue CycleCompiles and distributes Revenue Cycle reporting package to all managementCash Batch Set-up and Control:
Manages all cash application process for all payersCoordinates with accounting on cash reportingCoordinates with treasury on the balancing and audit needs based on cash and banking recordsInternal Responsibilities:
Adheres to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to those identified within the Standards of Business Conduct and the Employee Handbook, as may be amended from time to timeAdheres to all applicable laws and regulations and the company's governance/compliance programResponsible for reporting violations of the company's policies and procedures, Standards of Business Conduct, governance program, laws and regulations through the company's Help Line or other mechanism that may be available at the time of the violationAssists with internal control failure remediation effortsBecomes knowledgeable of internal control responsibilities through training and instructionResponsible and accountable for internal control performance within their area of responsibilityParticipates in the internal controls self-assessment processEnsures concerns with internal control design or performance and process changes that impact internal control execution are communicated to managementOther:
