Senior Director of Sales and Account Management

Key Area

Leads management of team’s accountability relative to adherence of agreed-upon processes and expectations.  Acts as senior liaison between sales team and key accounts.  Works closely with leaders in Operations to help drive and lead key sales improvement projects. 

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor’s Degree  10+ years in health insurance sales and account management  Experience working with well-established and seasoned sales and account managers  Proven track record of not just building a strategy, but being hands on in implementing a strategy – effectively working across multiple functions Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience in a senior director or executive role in the health and insurance industry Great understanding of business functions (Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations) Demonstrable ability and proven track record in strategy-building and implementation  Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics Excellent organizational and leadership skills
