Job Posting Title: Senior Director of Strategy Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Description: Position Summary The Senior Director of Strategy at Scottish Rite for Children plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and ensuring its success in the healthcare industry. This position is part of the Business Development and Strategy team and reports to the Senior Vice President of Public Relations. The Senior Director of Strategy will collaborate with various teams, including clinical leadership, finance, communications, and legal, to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and achievement of organizational objectives. Duties/Responsibilities + Develops and executes strategic plans for the healthcare sector, aligning with the overall organization strategy. + Conducts market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. + Identifies and evaluates potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance the organization's position in the healthcare industry. + Leads the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans. + Monitors and evaluates the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary. + Stays updated on industry regulations, policies, and market dynamics that may impact strategic planning. + Provides leadership and guidance to the strategic planning team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Required Skills/Abilities + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong focus on healthcare; Master’s degree preferred. + 7+ years of experience in strategic planning roles within the healthcare industry. + Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth. + In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. + Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
