To lead and develop the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, Texas Supply Chain organization.  To maintain compliant systems and procedures to Source, Purchase, Store and Dispense the Raw Materials, Consumables, Components and Engineering spares used for both GMP and non GMP manufacturing for the FDBT sites.  To oversee and manage the storage and shipment of finished products.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

To interpret the mid-term plan and develop strategies for the Supply Chain to keep pace with the business demands and growth. Build business cases for the required investments in People and Infrastructure and implement the chosen strategy with proper oversight.Lead and manage the local procurement and supply chain processes for all activities at FDBT such that customer promises are met. Ensure GMP and EHS compliance throughout the Supply Chain and maintain ‘Audit ready’ within the Supply Chain team.Lead the creation of a robust reconciliation process and support Program Management to have effective and smooth communications with customers. Monitor Inventory levels and work in partnership with Finance to manage stock at appropriate levels. Ensure the Supply Chain budgets are within agreed constraints. Ensuring value to the business by driving efficiencies within supply relationships through price, reliability, sustainability, terms and GMP compliance. Manage supplier contractors, ensuring the best value and suitable service levels.Manage the Material planning group to ensure ‘On Time in Full’ deliveries. Maintain the management system which provides accurate materials and costing data.Act of the company representative for Supply Chain in regulatory, customer and internal audits.Drive visible performance management via KPIs to track progress, monitoring actual performance v plan and promoting awareness to drive improvement.Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years of team management experienceBachelor's degree in supply chain management field with 10 years of relevant experience; ORAssociate degree in Supply Chain Management with 15 years of relevant experience; ORHigh School diploma or GED and 20 years of relevant experience.
