The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is a leader responsible for developing and executing the company’s talent acquisition strategies. This position will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels of the organization, including high-volume recruitment Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team. Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve the quality of hires. Oversee the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Implement best candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.Leadership & Strategy:
Act as a strategic partner to the EVP of HR and other senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent-related matters. Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management, bringing innovative ideas to the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, feedback, and professional growth. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the talent functions.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies. Willingness and ability to be a working member of the team, solving for problems and tackling issues. Strong EQ – understanding that behaviors are just as important as results. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience with HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
