Senior Director Product Owner Supply Chain and Production
Site Name: UK – London – New Oxford Street Posted Date: Dec 9 2024 Senior Director Product Owner Supply Chain and Production Job purpose: The Senior Director Product Owner, Supply Chain and Production in GP&T ERP is a key role within GSK supporting our ambitions in supply chain and production. The product owner is responsible for working with the business to develop the roadmap for their product domain as well as leading the teams to deliver on the agreed priorities. Your key responsibilities: Responsible for developing and executing product roadmaps for GP&T ERP owned tech products for: Supply Chain forecasting and Planning Production Planning and Execution Plant maintenance Supply Chain Execution and material master Supplier Collaboration Product Lifecycle Management Product management: Accountable for managing the product backlog and prioritizing all Digital & Tech services within their respective product domain, ensuring continuous feedback from business customers and end users. Partner other tech groups as required to align and agree plans Quality, Risk & Compliance: Accountable for ensuring all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements Service Management: Accountable for Level 3 support in the Supply Chain and Production area Process Improvement: Contributing to ongoing product and business process improvements, embedding agile Integrations: In collaboration with Solution Architecture, ensure that data integrations are efficient, accurate and secure. This also includes building reporting capabilities that support both operational reporting as well as analytic reporting People Management: Accountable for line managing and developing product owners in their team Basic Qualifications: Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Configuration experience in multiple of core SAP modules/systems within the supply chain and production scope Experience in line management and developing teams Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills at senior level Experience of delivering and supporting tech in a complex, matrixed, and regulated environment Very good understanding of broad supply chain and production processes including master data and the interconnections with other process areas Understanding and experience of Agile Methodology and Product Management Experience of multiple delivery cycles (agile and waterfall) Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior leadership and decision-making using data Fluent in English (spoken and written) Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent Experience in advanced analytics or AI *LI-GSK Why GSK?
