Senior Director Sales Away From Home

PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for the Growth of Away-from-Home (Food Service) channel.  Accountable for sales strategy, sales teams and processes, and achieving sales revenue targets across Away-from-Home.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Establish and implement strategies for the Away-from-Home business that have long-term impact on results. Responsible for channel and sales strategy and sales execution across all channels of Away-from-Home, including Vending, Restaurants, Entertainment, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Specialty Retail, Travel, and Military. Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers. Establish and manage relationships and performance of broad-line and specialty distributors. Develop and manage broker relationships, as needed by channel. Negotiate terms and conditions with all partners in the supply chain. Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets. Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA’s trade budget & guardrail requirements Develop Barcel’s brand and product presence in the market and ensure the presence of our products in each channel. Execute sales and growth plans for innovation platforms and items. P&L responsibility for the channel. Lead Away-from-Home sales team. Ensure appropriate talent selection for their organization. Strong collaboration with cross-functional leadership team Identify expanding business development opportunities Comply with Barcel USA policies and procedures
