Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to join our team as the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting. As the senior leader of the Solutions Consulting department, you will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the team, ensuring alignment with our organization’s broader business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of expert consultation to prospective clients, guiding a diverse team of managers and Solutions Consultants in crafting innovative solutions that meet complex client needs. This role requires a sophisticated blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership capabilities.


Primary Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Solutions Consulting department, aligning team      objectives with overall company goals to drive growth and customer success.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and Solutions Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Client Engagement: Serve as the primary escalation point for high-stakes client engagements, ensuring the team effectively addresses complex client requirements and delivers exceptional service.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Solutions Consulting department,      implementing scalable solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in client engagements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership across Product, Technology, Sales, and Implementation      teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of client solutions.Innovation and Insight: Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to provide market-driven insights that inform      product innovation and enhance our service offerings.Thought Leadership: Establish yourself and the Solutions Consulting department as trusted advisors in the industry,      leveraging deep technical and industry expertise to influence client decisions.Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Solutions Consulting team, ensuring      alignment with business objectives and driving accountability for results.Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, positioning the department to lead in delivering cutting-edge workforce solutions that meet evolving client needs.Professional Development: Cultivate talent within the team by providing mentorship and opportunities for professional      growth, ensuring a pipeline of skilled leaders for the future.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders regarding team      performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.12+ years of solutions consulting experience, with a focus on pre-sales and client engagement.7+ years of management experience, including leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships      with clients, stakeholders, and team members.In-depth technical proficiency and understanding of relevant technologies and industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decision-making.Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $157,000 - $292,000 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
