The Senior Director of Strategy is a critical role positioned within Inspire’s Commercial team (Data & Analytics, Demand Generation, Digital Guest Experience, and PR) and supports the Inspire organization broadly. The Snr. Director role is responsible for the overall leadership and execution of the Strategy team activities, inclusive of: driving strategic planning across Commercial and Inspire more broadly, developing and operationalizing cross-functional strategic initiatives and process improvements, and supporting executive agendas and operations. Critical to establish influence, trust and strong business relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. High exposure role with immediate impact to organization and overall performance of Commercial team. Best suited for strategic athlete, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning:
Leadership in driving Inspire’s annual strategic planning and OKR process; aid in defining, coordinating, prioritizing and facilitating strategic objectives across Inspire to deliver upon our visionStrategic Initiatives:
Partner with cross-functional partners in driving alignment, prioritization, coordination / interdependencies, resources and identifying risks of Commercial activities. This includes revenue strategy, digital strategy and data strategy.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for strategic initiativesCommercial Change Management:
Facilitate development and innovate solutions for transformation program strategy, governance, communications and ways of working across Commercial (and across Inspire, specifically with Brand organizations) Identify, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimizationBusiness Operations:
Develop executive-level documents and manage leadership and operating committee discussionsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field requiredPreferred Master’s in Business AdministrationEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a strategic role at a large consumer brand, technology company – corporate experience requiredExperience at a top-tier consulting firm with a focus on consumerREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
