This is an internal job post  open for GDA associates or from other team with 1-year tenure in their current positionMust be meeting or exceeding performance metrics in the current positionMust not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action

Education:

College/University graduate; undergraduate is also welcome; preferably medical related course

Technical Skills:

Ability to use the desktop computer systemTyping skills (at least 8000 KPH or 35 WPM)Basic internet skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Soft skills:

Has excellent oral and written communication skillsHas keen attention to detail (critical)Has excellent customer service skills and accountability for customer requests or issuesStrives for continuous improvementPositively impacts team and inter-departmental relationships and works to resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy

Has superb organization skills and ability to multi-task and can work under time pressuresIs solution-oriented and demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making skillsHas ability to probe, investigate discrepancies and resolve issuesResponds to challenges and opportunities in a positive and productive manner

Excellent understanding of Navigator and other Citrix applications.Ability to use Amazon Connect
