Our Paid Marketing Team is responsible for executing and measuring marketing campaigns that help promote Atlassian products, attract new audiences, and ultimately add new customers to our growing community. You'll join an outstanding team that is a critical growth engine for the company. The team works cross-functionally across with key partners in Product, Analytics, Design, and Engineering. You will report to the Performance Marketing Team Lead, Display & Social.

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Paid Display Manager to accelerate our growth for our paid display channels. At the core, you are data-first and use data to inform decisions.

You will join the paid performance team to actively manage/execute, optimize, and drive strategy for our paid display channel. As our hands-on Senior Display Manager, you will be working closely with the paid performance team and will be responsible for strategizing, launching, managing, and scaling our paid display campaigns. You’ll partner with our paid performance teams for a holistic full funnel view, as well as marketing, product, and sales teams. You have a deep understanding of paid display campaigns, strategy, bid strategy optimization, audience segmentation, analytics, and testing.

More about the you

4+ years of proven experience in produced display media running campaigns across display channels: Google Display Network and Programmatic (DV360, TradeDesk) in the B2B space.

7+ years in paid performance marketing (social, native, display, search, ect).

Experience testing multiple ad types, audience segmentation, devices, landing pages, etc. 

Demonstrate strong analytical skills in manipulating data sets (e.g. creating pivot tables / VLOOKUP / handling budget/performance)

Responsible for creating and supervising the performance of our paid display campaigns, constantly optimizing the efficiency and scale of our campaigns.

Analyze large data sets generate thoughtfully impactful reports and provide recommendations for expansion and efficiency

Knowledge of tracking (UTM creations & DCM trackers) and foundational tagging

Inform, launch, and measure all paid display media experiments (e.g. incrementality, bid testing, creative testing, etc.)

Dive deep into reporting which includes but is not limited to bids, device, audience segments, geo and demo targets, creative, etc

It's great, but not required if:

Onboard and launch a DSP 

Experience with Incrementality measurement for display 

Basic SQL knowledge

Experience with data presentation and visualization using Tableau

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $137,500 - $183,300

Zone B: $123,800 - $165,000

Zone C: $114,100 - $152,200

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
